Fran possesses a full understanding of the operations of community philanthropic, service, and governmental entities that are charged with responding to the needs of the community.

Her experience in grant writing and additional experience in grant reviews, grant funding as well as grant management have proved to be valuable in all her endeavors.

She is a survivor of two strokes which has lent her an understanding of the issues faced by individuals with neurodivergent challenges.

Before and since college graduation, Fran has always been involved in community and community initiatives promoting improved well-being for all.

Fran is actively engaged in maintaining her community activism in retirement through various endeavors.
